• outside alcohol is not permitted

• Event curfew is 2:00am

• Maximum number of guests is 90

• There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required

• Auto Gratuity of 18% will be applied

• Minimum Spend for Friday or Saturday night is $3000, please inquire about rates for non prime-time rentals.
